THE STEPS OF INVISALIGN ORTHODONTICS
1. DIAGNOSTICS AND CONSULTATION
As a first step, we take an impression of your teeth. Your digital treatment plan is compiled from this impression, the photos of your face and smile and the X-rays.
2. 3D PLAN
Based on the orthodontist's treatment plan, the American Invisalign company is preparing a tooth-changing plan. This is a three-dimensional animation showing step by step how your teeth will move from start to finish.
3. FINALIZING THE PLAN
The final treatment plan is based on the recommendations of the orthodontist and your needs.
4. PRODUCING THE INVISALIGN SPLINTS
Based on the finalized tooth-changing plan, the production and delivery of splints (aligners) can begin. The entire preparation procedure takes 2 months.
5. THE TREATMENT
At the end of the design, orthodontic treatment can begin. At this point, your dentist checks every 2-3 weeks if the treatment goes as planned and replaces the splints (aligners).
WHY IS INVISALIGN DIFFERENT FROM OTHER KINDS OF ORTHODONTICS?
The Invisalign method has the besttiming for tooth movements. In certain stages, only certain teeth are allowed to move.
