DENTAL FILLINGS

DENTAL FILLINGS

Filling is a known method of treating decays in the tooth. At our dental clinic you will be welcomed by friendly dentists to prepare the highest quality fillings for your teeth. Our tooth restauations  are made in local anesthesia, painless. We provide special computer assisted  anesthesia for our more sensitive patients. We will do our best to make your dental fillings last many decades, preventing additional decays, which can lead to dental inflammation and possibly loss of teeth.

THE SECRET OF LONG LASTING FILLINGS

- Non-inflamed gums
- Thoroughly cleaned cavities
- Correctly managed fillings
- Premium quality, customized tooth filling material -in our office we use the best rated Cosmedent Renamel materials

THE ONLY ONE WHO KNOWES ABOUT YOUR FILLING IS YOU

IS IT IMPORTANT TO REPLACE OUR AMALGAM FILLINGS?

We think so!

The amalgam is not only aesthetically objectionable, but by dipping into saliva, continuously generates electricity that is not beneficial to the oral mucosa. Unfortunately, it is also true that under amalgam seals, we can almost always find secondary decay. Several countries have already banned the usage of amalgam.

PORCELAIN INLAYS

The inlay fillings prepared by the dental laboratory are recommended when the teeth lack too much material due to caries, and we would not be able to form the proper tooth shapes with conventional filling methods.

HOW DOES AN INLAY GET READY?

1. PREPARING THE DECAYED TOOTH

Your doctor will remove the decayed tooth material in local anesthesia, the same way as a common filling,  and then create a proper cavity for the inlay.

2. IMPRESSION

After the preparation, an impression of the tooth is sent to the dental laboratory. Laboratory-made dentures will be more resistant to forces acting on it.

3. CEMENTATION OF THE INLAY

As a last step, your dentist will try in the finished inlay, and if everything is perfect, it will be cemented inside the tooth.
