DENTAL BRIDGES

REPLACING THE LOST TOOTH WITH DENTAL BRIDGE

Dental bridge is used in cases where we lose one (or more) adjacent teeth. If we do not replace the lost tooth in time, the balance of our dentition may overturn: our teeth move, our bite changes, which can lead to tooth tightening and our chewing ability is reduced.

The night-time tooth bruxers usually wake up with neck and shoulder muscle tightness, and slowly wear out their healthy teeth, so postponing the prosthesis will only make the subsequent treatment more complicated.

DENTAL BRIDGES

This can be avoided with a dental bridge and the original chewing function can be perfectly restored. Dental bridges are made in a similar way to dental crowns: the missing tooth is replaced with a lifelike, aesthetic replacement that is attached to crowns (on prepared teeth near the deficiency) so they stay in place, and function as ours.

Although the great advantage of dental bridges is that this procedure avoids oral surgery, many people may be afraid to grind their healthy teeth, which is why they replace their missing teeth with a dental implant instead.
If you are not sympathetic to conventional dental bridges or tooth implantation,  fiber reinforced bridge can be a good option for you, as it is the most gentle dental treatment.
